Content Marketing Manager

• Develop, adapt, and deploy high-quality content that is culturally rooted and deeply relevant to the Franchise’s consumer and shopper landscapes.
• Serve as the custodian of creative excellence—ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all Franchise work.

• Develop content briefs and creative territories that connect seamlessly with Franchise EPICs (Experiential, Influencer, Partnerships, Social & Digital).

• Leads development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for a global brand in the Africa Operating Unit.
• Partners with internal (e.g. Research & Development, Supply Chain, Commercial, Zones) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs.
• Drives commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives.
• Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers to generate concepts for effective execution.

Senior Director

• Act as the integrated GM for a designated portfolio segment
• Define and maintain multi-year portfolio strategy

Risk

• Monitor the effectiveness of the global internal control environments part of the quarterly and annual process supporting Management’s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting and related disclosures (SOX Act, Sections 302/404), and related communications to the Board of Directors (specifically, Audit Committee).
• Identify emerging control risks through proactive collaboration with operations and functions, Internal Audit, and External Auditors.
• Define and enhance global financial internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks through cross functional collaboration and external benchmarking.
• Provide guidance to global operations and functions on governance priorities, policy interpretation, and internal control requirements including remediation oversight.
• Lead and support complex transformation initiatives (e.g., process redesign, system implementations, operating model changes) ensuring risk-appropriate consideration and implementation of internal controls and governance requirements.
• Identify and drive opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitization across controls and governance processes.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls over sustainability reporting, supporting evolving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulatory requirements and processes, in partnership with global stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships across global stakeholders, including Operating Unit Capability teams, Operating Unit CFOs and Finance Leadership, Corporate functions.

Marketing

• Upskill local marketing community & outcomes through DATA, capabilities, and tech-augmented solutions.
• Leverage tech-augmented solutions to ensure rigorous prioritization and OU-Market and cross-functional wiring across different processes (innovation, ABP (annual business plan), Flywheel).
• PMO (project management officer) for prioritization, ABP, Calendar, Innovation, Flywheel factory.
• Deploy marketing capabilities agenda especially acting as COE (Center of excellence) for Data & AI literacy.
• Lead market orchestration and backlog management, including workflow, marketing operations, and planning.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead execution of the annual Capital Budget and Annual Business Plan (ABP) process, including consolidation of global submissions, financial analysis, and prioritization of capital requests.
• Develop capital scenarios and analytical frameworks to support investment trade‑offs and funding decisions.
• Deliver clear, concise, and insight‑driven analysis to the Senior Director to facilitate informed capital allocation decisions and executive discussions.
• Own execution of quarterly capital forecast updates, consolidating global inputs and ensuring alignment with cash flow and financial plans.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for capital governance execution, ensuring compliance with the Company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) and capital approval policies.

Senior Manager, FP&A Capital Management

• Lead full lifecycle commercialisation programs for new products, packaging changes, renovations or line extensions.
• Translate innovation pipeline commitments into executable project roadmaps.
• Drive stage-gate discipline and structured milestone governance.
• Ensure launch readiness aligned with commercial go-to-market timelines.
• Establish and manage integrated project plans across Supply Chain, Technical, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Act as the single accountable project lead for assigned commercialisation initiatives.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure proactive risk mitigation and escalation where required.
• Secure alignment between market ambition and operational feasibility.
• Coordinate plant trials, validation and capability ramp-up within compressed timelines.
• Drive SKU complexity management and packaging transition planning.
• Ensure post-launch performance monitoring and structured stabilisation.
• Partner closely with bottler project teams for local implementation.
• Maintain strong communication cadence with cross-functional leadership.
• Provide structured reporting within the governance framework defined by the Senior Director.

Director, Technical Innovation

• Lead Trade Risk Assessment and Controls Oversight: Design, execute, and continuously enhance risk-based trade compliance assessments across U.S. operations, including customs, sanctions, and tariff exposure.
• Identify systemic risks, control gaps, and emerging regulatory vulnerabilities, and translate findings into remediation roadmaps.
• Develop and oversee a trade compliance audit and monitoring framework, including internal assessments, targeted reviews, and issue tracking.
• Partner with Internal Audit to align trade compliance testing with audit plans, regulatory expectations, and enforcement trends.
• Track remediation actions, validate closure, and report risk themes and trends to senior Legal and Compliance leadership.
• Lead the development, refresh, and governance of global trade and sanctions policies and playbooks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across the Coca-Cola System.
• Ensure policies reflect evolving U.S. and global regulatory requirements, enforcement priorities, and company risk appetite.
• Establish policy governance processes, including interpretation guidance and periodic reviews.
• Identify and implement technology solutions (e.g., compliance management software, data analytics, automation) to modernize and enhance U.S. and global trade compliance operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and ensure alignment on the company’s position on U.S. and global trade policies or high-risk trade-related issues.
