About the role
- Lead macro and industry insights for EME OU with an externally driven mindset.
- Identify emerging trends and quantify market outlooks.
- Provide a comprehensive understanding of industry drivers and inhibitors.
- Analyze how these factors impact volume and share performance.
- Develop a detailed understanding of country, category, and channel-level industry trends.
- Partner with external experts, research agencies, and data providers.
- Provide inputs on industry trends and outlook to inform strategic planning processes.
- Lead macro and industry forecasting to support agile volume planning.
- Drive scenario planning and risk assessments based on macro-outlooks.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience across business development roles, such as Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, RGM, Insights, and/or Finance.
- Strong capability in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience using advanced analytical tools and software including Nielsen, HHP, Beach and Kantar
- Data & Analytics essential experience.
- Preferred experience in FMCG or Management Consultancy (Retail/FMCG facing).
