About the role
- Lead, implement, and maintain standardized quality, food safety, occupational health and safety and environment capabilities.
- Develop strategies, oversee implementation, evaluate and certify the effectiveness of QSE Systems.
- Continuously research and identify new technologies and processes to raise quality standards.
- Support H&S systems and programs while ensuring best-in-class leadership.
- Generate QSE reports using historical QSE metrics and data to track and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Provide technical guidance to other company staff to ensure QSE standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical role such quality systems, quality assurance, laboratory management, R&D or engineering.
- Proficient with statistics and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Deep experience implementing and operating Quality Systems.
- Strong knowledge of QSE principles and food safety best practices.
- Previous hands-on experience with project management, continuous improvement programs, or Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and process controls for beverage ingredients and packaging.
- Safeguard confidential information from external partners and ensure information is shared only with relevant internal stakeholders.
