Play a critical role in advancing our digital marketing strategies to support Business Unit (BU) objectives and enhance consumer experiences
Lead the strategic vision for 1-2 brand websites and CRM, driving strategic initiatives across owned media channels
Modernize and own our website purpose to meet consumer insights and behaviors
Integrate CRM communications and strategies to grow loyalty and brand annuity, thoughtfully building our Known Consumer Database (KCD) in service of driving personalization
Lead cross-channel optimization to elevate customer engagement and deliver superior consumer experiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 5 years in digital/interactive marketing with upward growth
Experience in strategic marketing roles including digital (websites and CRM)
Strong organizational and influential communication skills
Creative gut to inform content development and ability to modify existing assets in search of smart efficiencies
An analytical mindset to assess performance
Ability to work in a matrixed organization across 1-2 Business Units (BU)
Digital agency experience or expertise within an in-house digital team
Background in agency strategic planning role preferred
Knowledge of integrated marketing
experience with consumer-packaged goods is a plus
