About the role

  • Managing a territory spanning Otago, Southland and South Canterbury
  • Servicing all Supermarkets along with a small number of Foodservice and Hardware customers.
  • Executing Account Sales Plans and achieving set sales objectives.
  • Leading a team of casual merchandisers across the region.
  • Driving sales and delivering annual targets across Grocery, Foodservice, Commercial and Convenience channels.
  • Growing product distribution and introducing new products to customers.
  • Ensuring strong in‑store execution, including shelf plans and display objectives.
  • Reporting on market trends, competitor activity and pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate administration and upholding Clorox standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 Years sales experience
  • Previous experience in FMCG field sales preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of self-discipline and motivation.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to meeting territory targets
  • Customer Service Orientation.
  • Results-driven.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
