About the role
- Managing a territory spanning Otago, Southland and South Canterbury
- Servicing all Supermarkets along with a small number of Foodservice and Hardware customers.
- Executing Account Sales Plans and achieving set sales objectives.
- Leading a team of casual merchandisers across the region.
- Driving sales and delivering annual targets across Grocery, Foodservice, Commercial and Convenience channels.
- Growing product distribution and introducing new products to customers.
- Ensuring strong in‑store execution, including shelf plans and display objectives.
- Reporting on market trends, competitor activity and pricing.
- Maintaining accurate administration and upholding Clorox standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 Years sales experience
- Previous experience in FMCG field sales preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of self-discipline and motivation.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to meeting territory targets
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Results-driven.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
