About the role

Responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and Club Channel Customers
Develop and execute action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and Walmart
Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle
Serve as the subject matter expert on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements
Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to meet demand
Assist in the development of joint business plans with key stakeholders
Develop partnerships across key stakeholders including internal/external Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance
Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term capabilities

3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
Demonstrated ability to contribute to operational excellence and achieve KPI targets
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
Effective project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Walmart's supply chain processes and requirements is a plus.
