About the role
- Review, analyze, and monitor daily client automated billing deliverables
- Process client billing transmission activities
- Provide comprehensive customer billing issue analysis, research, and resolution
- Ensure client inquiries are managed efficiently
- Effectively manage deadlines and Client escalations
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in healthcare/pharmacy billing, finance
- HS diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience in the PBM industry a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Eager to learn, contribute new ideas, work independently, and work well within a team.
