About the role

  • Partner with Middle Market Account Executives to drive retention and growth
  • Help clients optimize the value they receive from Cigna's products and services
  • Develop and maintain a “Trusted Partner” relationship with Account Executives
  • Understand client needs and develop and execute actions to address client issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products, solutions, and services
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on client expectations
  • Ensure clear and timely communications aligning with Cigna's strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Health-related industry experience required
  • Product knowledge, sales practices, and account management expertise
  • Knowledge of Cigna funding options and benefits structure preferred
  • Ability to manage through systems and influence clients and partners
  • Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
