About the role
- Partner with Middle Market Account Executives to drive retention and growth
- Help clients optimize the value they receive from Cigna's products and services
- Develop and maintain a “Trusted Partner” relationship with Account Executives
- Understand client needs and develop and execute actions to address client issues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products, solutions, and services
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on client expectations
- Ensure clear and timely communications aligning with Cigna's strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Health-related industry experience required
- Product knowledge, sales practices, and account management expertise
- Knowledge of Cigna funding options and benefits structure preferred
- Ability to manage through systems and influence clients and partners
- Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
