About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day customer relationships for Accredo’s customers
  • Ensure superior service and satisfaction for assigned businesses
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Review performance metrics to promote client satisfaction and manage contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery
  • Present operational performance metrics to customers monthly or quarterly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 20%
