About the role
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationships for Accredo’s customers
- Ensure superior service and satisfaction for assigned businesses
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Review performance metrics to promote client satisfaction and manage contractual requirements
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery
- Present operational performance metrics to customers monthly or quarterly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel overnight up to 20%
