About the role
- Act as a leader with full people management responsibilities over an HR team supporting global Total Rewards operations
- Manage Total Rewards data management, expatriate support, relocations, well-being, and health services
- Work with the Director, Global Total Rewards and partnership with Human Resource department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8 years Total Rewards experience, including overseeing processes and operations
- 3 years of management experience, directly managing employees
- Familiarity with best practices of health services, well-being, and HR
- Experience developing and facilitating training programs for a global audience
