Develop integrated communications plans that support business and content strategies and client project needs
Work on complex problems where analysis requires in-depth evaluation and oversee development of creative solutions
Manage relationships and expectations with internal stakeholders for content creation and implementation
Develop and report on analytics to make recommendations for improvements
Supervise defining, producing, editing, and distributing content to strengthen organizational identity and messaging
Event management and planning, including coordinating and curating presentation content and collateral, space and environmental planning, and project management
Develop and deliver training and coaching as needed
Work with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience in communications or a related field
High-level comprehensive communications planning, brand management, and project management skills and abilities
Strong track record of successful interpersonal communication, leadership skills and customer-service ethic
Demonstrated creativity, organizational ability, and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated professionalism, including the ability to express oneself clearly in interactions with others in verbal and written communications, both one-on-one and with a group
Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a larger multidisciplinary team
Proven track record of problem-solving, taking initiative to set priorities, and handling multiple projects efficiently and effectively
Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals, objectives, and obligations while representing the mission, visions, and values of the organization
Expert in communication development tools and industry-standard technologies
Flexible and adaptable to change
Expert-level writing, editing, research, and proofreading skills
This job operates in a professional office environment
Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
