About the role

  • Partner with the global church areas to find ways to increase the number of prepared people for missionaries to teach through all finding sources, including social media.
  • Focus on helping new people being taught attend sacrament meeting the first week they are taught.
  • Support the area mission specialist in all finding strategies for areas and missions and support missions with paid advertising by establishing best practices for ad creation, contacting of referrals, referral management and organic social media efforts.
  • Test, create, implement, monitor, and problem solve on ads and advertising strategies and ensure effective cost use of funds.
  • Increase the number of new people attend sacrament meeting before or during the first week they are taught from all finding sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business, business, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in training and social media marketing
  • Requires expertise in product, technology, service, strategy, and business complexities.
  • Must have exceptional professional skills and experience with a proven track record of completing complex projects requiring multilateral support and coordination, oftentimes in different languages and cultures.
  • Multilingual required.
  • Have experience in making data-driven decisions where multiple stake holders are involved.
  • Highly skilled in the use of standard desktop software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (programming ability a plus)
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to persuade, influence and collaborate with others, including colleagues in other areas/departments and external customers/agencies.
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team with people from different backgrounds.
  • Must possess previous experience leading work teams
