Operations

• Work closely with site leadership to support cost analysis, uncovering inefficiencies and identifying adjustments necessary to achieve targets.
• Key Finance point of contact for plant operations leadership team.
• Lead the monthly forecast setting process and annual plan for assigned plant(s) site(s).
• Ensure that plan, forecasting vs. actuals analysis and root cause corrective actions are completed at appropriate levels.
• Conduct monthly site and product line cost reviews, highlighting performance and deviations from forecast or plan.
• Evaluate finance processes, identify and implement improvement ideas to increase automation or increase quality of reporting/data.
• Provide recommendations for cost saving opportunities and provide finance support for continuous improvement efforts at the site.
• Work closely with off-site financial resources to explain variances and trends.
• Main financial areas of responsibility include: Plant Fixed Costs; PMMA/TAR accounting; Variable Cost of Manufacture; Manufacturing Period Expense & Inventory analysis.

Operations Consultant – Global Support

System Administrator

• Act as the primary administrator of the internal OneStream instance, supporting workflows for Corporate Accounting, External Reporting and FP&A.
• Maintain system metadata in accordance with change management policies.
• Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
• Communicate changes and release notes to accounting and finance users.
• Provision users, manage security settings, and perform regular security reviews to ensure appropriate system access.
• Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls supporting OneStream cubes.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues with documentation and root cause analysis.
• Support training for the OneStream user community.
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports, forms, and dashboards to enhance usability for end users.

• Develop and execute integrated, cost-effective marketing communication programs that align with both regional strategies and the objectives of the Liquid Cooling Venture.
• Rapidly acquire or leverage existing knowledge of the markets served to tailor communications that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead the creation of high-impact content by synthesizing complex value propositions into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
• Manage a broad range of marketing communications tactics, including print and digital advertising, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Serve as backup for processing biweekly and monthly payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Work with the payroll team to complete weekly payroll processes related to tax matters.
• Ensure proper setup of taxes for employee relocation and stock transactions.
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of employee records in the payroll system.
• Track and monitor all payroll tax deposits and payments.
• Balance and validate tax records transferred to ADP.
• Manage the setup and closure of tax accounts with state and local jurisdictions as required.
• Stay current with legislation and regulatory changes affecting payroll tax.
• Ensure payroll and payroll tax processes are thoroughly documented, with clear and accessible instructions.
