Supply Chain

• Lead end-to-end supply chain enablement by driving adoption of OMP across DRP, scheduling, and raw material planning.
• Support user onboarding, training, and standardization for planners, schedulers, and coordinators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OMP system issues, including cross-system integrations (SAP, BW, non-SAP).
• Validate and maintain critical data flows and system integrations across planning platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and system utilization.
• Develop and manage time-phased DRP plans for distribution centers based on global supply strategies.
• Execute and continuously improve DRP parameters including replenishment policies (MTS/MTO), lead times, MOQs, and safety stock settings.

• Coordinate closely with logistics, customer service, scheduling, import/export, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and support supply reviews.

• Identify new growth opportunities, develop value propositions, and strengthen Chemours’ position across key segments of the value chain.
• Build deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and value-chain dynamics across industrial refrigeration, HVACR, and thermal management.
• Identify new applications, partnerships, and commercial opportunities, particularly related to low-GWP and energy-efficient solutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand their long-term strategies and align Chemours solutions with their business roadmaps.
• Drive measurable growth through field engagement, seminars, case studies, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Senior Business Development Manager, EMEA

Project Manager

• Lead large and complex capital projects across Chemours sites worldwide
• Responsible for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with large capital projects (>$10M)
• Accountable for the total engineering effort, including design, procurement, construction, project controls, estimating, document management, and contractor oversight
• Coordinate with and support the Project Sponsor in FEL-1 and commissioning/start-up
• Drive capital project work processes and practices as described in the Chemours Project System
• Ensure quality plans are documented and followed
• Establish effective communications among the engineering team

• Partner with R&D leadership, EHS, Quality, and Facilities Maintenance Teams to identify training needs, align training programs with operational and regulatory requirements, and assign relevant classroom, hands-on, and/or computer-based training modules based on roles.
• Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive Training Requirements Matrix for all job roles and topics.
• Administer the site’s electronic computer-based learning system (Vector): Assign and remove training based on job roles.
• Schedule courses, monitor completion, and follow up on overdue assignments.
• Add, update, and retire training modules to ensure content is current, accurate, and compliant.
• Maintain accurate training records and provide regular metrics on compliance, requalification, and refresher courses.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding, safety, and technical training for new hires, ensuring alignment with research protocols, site procedures, and corporate and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and conduct refresher training and job-cycle checks per corporate and site requirements.
• Support and facilitate site-wide training needs assessments to identify skill or knowledge gaps and propose solutions.
• Develop and implement a variety of instructional methods suited to research, pilot, and maintenance environments, including hands-on workshops, mentoring programs, simulations, and professional development sessions.
• Partner with internal resources and stakeholders on instructional design, integrating feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
• Market and communicate available training opportunities to all R&D staff; serve as a resource for training-related questions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the training content.
