About the role
- Hire 100+ call center agents per week across Roofing, Solar, and BPO verticals
- Source, screen, and deliver 5+ qualified candidates per day
- Build and manage a LATAM pipeline of elite sales and cold-calling talent
- Own the full recruiting cycle: sourcing → screening → onboarding handoff
- Leverage job boards, referrals, social networks, and creative channels to find top talent
- Collaborate with onboarding to ensure agents are ready on Day 1
- Track metrics, optimize pipeline, and consistently exceed targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (BPO, call center, or sales preferred)
- Fluent English (Spanish a big plus)
- Strong experience in Booleans search and LinkedIn search
- Independent, resourceful, and results-driven
- Familiarity with LATAM hiring markets (Mexico, Central America)
- Bonus: experience with ClickUp, BambooHR
- Performance bonuses for meeting hiring goals
- Remote flexibility with a fast growth track into leadership
- Accessible promotions into roles such as QA, Trainer, or Team Lead within 6 months
