About the role

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Utilize strong headhunting and networking skills to identify passive candidates through various online and offline sourcing methods
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job descriptions to conducting interviews and finalizing offers
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of relevant candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles
  • Initiate and contribute to recruitment strategies, employer brand and processes improvement
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process and provide regular updates to hiring managers
  • Foster an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in Finance/ Forex industry
  • Proven expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple roles and candidate interactions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Nice to have: Fluency in additional languages
