About the role
- Proactively source candidates daily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Reach out directly to candidates via calls and messages to develop strong pipelines
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment
- Create and submit detailed candidate profiles in our ATS
- Partner with Account Managers to coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Achieve and surpass weekly submission, interview, and placement goals
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track pipeline progress with regular reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting performance goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
