Product Manager

• Support roadmap delivery by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Maintain and organize JIRA boards, documentation, and product specs in accordance with team standards
• Help manage agile workflows, including running or supporting ceremonies such as standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and requirements gathering
• Intake, triage, and track employee and customer-reported bugs from Slack and other channels
• Participate in QA testing and error validation to ensure product quality
• Track, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform product decisions
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders through weekly reports and ad hoc updates
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending product enhancements

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on product objectives

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to help transform The Block’s research and insights into engaging, outcome-driven e-learning experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the Campus course library, supporting both B2B training programs and B2C learner journeys. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building structured digital learning content, a strong grasp of instructional design methodologies, and the ability to turn complex material into clear, interactive modules for varied audiences.

• Conduct detailed research to identify and compile potential leads within the blockchain and crypto industry.
• Validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Prioritize and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for AERs with high-potential prospects.
• Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current information.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and AdOps teams to manage campaign logistics, creative assets, and client communications. Act as a liaison between The Block and advertisers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ad Placement Management: Oversee the placement of sponsorship and ad content, ensuring compliance with The Block’s guidelines (e.g., no promotion of specific tokens, gambling, or NFT sales). Utilize programmatic and direct-sold advertising tools to achieve campaign goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to refine targeting strategies, optimize ad placements, and enhance campaign performance. Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Client Relationship Management: Participate in client-facing calls, provide updates, and deliver post-campaign wrap reports, including proof of delivery (e.g., screenshots, content clips). Build strong relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on digital advertising trends, programmatic buying, and the crypto industry to inform campaign strategies and maintain The Block’s competitive edge.

• We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management. You will work closely with the VP of People Operations to support the day-to-day function of our HR team, with a particular focus on coordinating recruiting processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Recruiting Coordination
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops.
• Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires.
• Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements.

• What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools.
• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
