Attorney

• Support the management of legal contracts by maintaining the contract database, filing documents and ensuring records are accurately archived
• Assist with the administration of rental guarantees, performance and warranty bonds, insurance documentation and the recording of shop unit transfers
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitor legal deadlines, maintain files and archives, and support scheduling and general administrative tasks
• Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Human Resources, Leasing, Retail, Marketing and Operations to support the smooth running of legal processes

Legal

• Legal Administration & Contract Management — Support the administration of legal property matters, including contract management from drafting through to execution and archiving, as well as the management of rental guarantees, performance bonds, warranties and insurance documentation
• Documentation & Deadline Management — Maintain legal files and archives, monitor key legal deadlines, process incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
• Executive Support — Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Director, including managing German and English correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining a busy calendar
• Financial Administration — Process invoices, support budget monitoring and maintain accurate financial records for the Legal department
• Cross-functional Collaboration — Act as the central point of contact between Legal and internal departments including Finance, Human Resources, Leasing, Retail, Marketing, Tourism and Operations to support efficient business processes
• Property & Compliance Coordination — Support the monitoring and approval of shop unit transfers while ensuring legal documentation and related administrative processes are managed effectively

• Support the Head of Operations & Services in maintaining the highest operational standards across the Village.
• Focus on supporting the delivery of Traffic Management, Security, Service Yard Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Contractor Management.
• Ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests, brands, employees, and contractors.
• Work closely with the Operations Team and contracted service providers to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the Village.
