Assistant Operations – Services Manager
The Bicester CollectionOperations & Services Assistant Manager supporting the Head of Operations & Services at Kildare Village. Ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent operational standards for a welcoming environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Head of Operations & Services in maintaining the highest operational standards across the Village.
- Focus on supporting the delivery of Traffic Management, Security, Service Yard Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Contractor Management.
- Ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests, brands, employees, and contractors.
- Work closely with the Operations Team and contracted service providers to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the Village.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in traffic management, health & safety compliance, security operations, and contractor management within a retail, leisure, hospitality, tourism, or similar operational environment.
- Extensive experience in a commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality, or tourism environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating teams, including both direct employees and third-party contractors, to achieve agreed service standards.
- Experience supporting budget control and cost management activities would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work during Village opening hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays on a rota basis.
