- Build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships
- Foster relationships and help clients find the right Insurance products
- Tailor approach while working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls
- Support clients year-round and participate in networking and prospecting activities

- Proven previous experience gained from within the insurance industry
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day
- Proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit
- Driven to learn and be curious, especially about the Insurance Industry
- Work well with your team, support others and have a positive outlook
- Demonstrate integrity within a financially regulated organization
