💰 £24,570 - £28,570 per year
About the role
- Provide great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email
- Efficiently manage high call volumes in a contact centre environment
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs and targets
- Work Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am to 1pm)
- Participate in a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy
- Ongoing development opportunities and potential progression within Ardonagh
