General

• Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for physicians and other ABA constituents.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support related to ABA exams, certification, and continuing certification.
• Respond to a high volume of phone and email inquiries; research constituent records.
• Correctly apply and explain ABA policies and document interactions according to established standards.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex questions using approved policies, procedures, scripts, templates, and resources.
• Route non-constituent calls to the appropriate ABA staff member.
• Escalate cases requiring advanced investigation, policy interpretation, technical support, or cross-department decision-making.
• Deliver excellent customer service, helping constituents navigate requirements and next steps.
• Strengthen the relationship between physicians and the ABA.
• Identify recurring concerns or communication trends, report relevant issues, and assist with quality improvement activities.

• Provide technical support for computer, network, and security infrastructure used internally and externally
• Recognize and resolve endpoint, network, wireless, firewall, and related infrastructure problems as they occur
• Support internal and (if needed) external customers
• Build, support, and document secure and reliable infrastructure environments for the ABA's information systems
• Monitor key systems and respond to issues and alerts
• Support key infrastructure and security projects as a member of the infrastructure team
• Provide project leadership
• Provide mentorship to system engineers

Systems Engineer II

• Provide technical support for computer, server, Linux, container, and network systems.
• Recognize and resolve PC, server, platform, and network problems as they occur.
• Build and maintain working environments for the ABA’s information systems, including Windows, Linux, virtualized, cloud, and Kubernetes environments.
• Prepare documentation for server, platform, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor key systems and respond to issues and alerts.
• Support key infrastructure projects as a member of the Infrastructure team.
• Provide project leadership and mentorship to system engineers.
• Assist IS staff with capacity planning and business continuity planning as needed.
• Track IS inventory and order new hardware and software as needed.
• Provide end-user support and monitor key systems.
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects as a member of the Infrastructure team.
