About the role
- Identify, plan, and communicate business improvements for GRS2G workstreams
- Gather insights and develop workshop activities for engagement
- Synthesize findings and make improvement recommendations
- Work cross-functionally to lead and implement organizational improvements
- Track initiative KPIs and synthesize insights into presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business, Change Management, or equivalent study/work experience; master’s degree a plus
- 3-5 years of direct experience in organizational change/process management and/or business consulting preferred
- Inquisitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with digital management systems and/or artificial intelligence
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMI, or PMP are a plus
- Knowledge of the energy industry and renewable generation technologies is a plus
- Solid Microsoft Office 365 knowledge required
