About the role
- Monitor scheduled calls between ACA’s clients and experts in various fields.
- Conduct pre-call diligence, keeping detailed notes, identifying potential issues, and escalating items of interest as needed.
- Prepare written summaries of each call that may be submitted to clients.
Requirements
- Some college and/or professional work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
- Research and writing experience (preferred)
- Compliance oversight experience (any industry) (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
