💰 $70,000 - $83,300 per year
About the role
- Support identifying, planning, and communicating business improvements for 1-2 streamlined GRS2G workstreams/sub-workstreams
- Gather insights from across the company about potential improvements to work methods
- Develop and facilitate workshop activities that help engage the business
- Assist in synthesizing findings and making recommendations for improvements
- Communicate and discuss these recommendations with the Business Transformation Leadership Team
- Work cross-functionally to design and facilitate 1-2 workstreams/sub-workstreams
- Develop and implement corresponding organizational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business, Change Management, or equivalent study/equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years of direct experience in organizational change/process management and/or business consulting preferred
- Inquisitive, analytical, and possessing problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital management systems and/or artificial intelligence is a plus
- PMP certification or PMI experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the energy industry and renewable generation technologies is a plus
- Solid Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint, is required
