About the role
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them understand how our products can support their aims
- Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product and Customer Success to create interest and identify opportunities for customers to expand how they use Access software
- Lead conversations that explore customer challenges, shaping tailored demonstrations and proposals that clearly show the value of our solutions
- Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, keeping accurate records and staying proactive in your follow up so customers always feel supported
Requirements
- Experience in selling to or working with local government or public sector organisations
- Confidence using tools like Salesforce to manage conversations and keep track of activity
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to keep messages clear, simple and relevant to the customer
- A positive, proactive approach to learning and developing your skills
