About the role

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them understand how our products can support their aims
  • Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product and Customer Success to create interest and identify opportunities for customers to expand how they use Access software
  • Lead conversations that explore customer challenges, shaping tailored demonstrations and proposals that clearly show the value of our solutions
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, keeping accurate records and staying proactive in your follow up so customers always feel supported

Requirements

  • Experience in selling to or working with local government or public sector organisations
  • Confidence using tools like Salesforce to manage conversations and keep track of activity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to keep messages clear, simple and relevant to the customer
  • A positive, proactive approach to learning and developing your skills
