About the role
- Identify and target prospective clients in the events and hospitality sector
- Deliver compelling pitches and demos, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals
- Own the commercial relationship for your account portfolio and meet revenue targets
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success on quarterly reviews and upsell initiatives
- Support strategic projects, coach junior Account Executives, and contribute to team training
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or variable revenue environment
- Strong consultative selling and account management skills
- Skilled in pipeline development, CRM tools, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management abilities and knowledge of the hospitality or events industry highly desirable
- Ability to mentor and support team members effectively
