About the role

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the events and hospitality sector
  • Deliver compelling pitches and demos, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals
  • Own the commercial relationship for your account portfolio and meet revenue targets
  • Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success on quarterly reviews and upsell initiatives
  • Support strategic projects, coach junior Account Executives, and contribute to team training

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or variable revenue environment
  • Strong consultative selling and account management skills
  • Skilled in pipeline development, CRM tools, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management abilities and knowledge of the hospitality or events industry highly desirable
  • Ability to mentor and support team members effectively
