About the role
- Aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, Engineering, and Group teams on shared priorities
- Delivering sales and commercial transformation programmes across the division
- Leading structural pricing strategy across the product portfolio
- Aligning OKRs across functions and driving ARR, GRR, NRR, and NPS and leading monthly forecasting, consolidation and performance reporting
Requirements
- Senior commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of micro-SMB markets and subscription business models
- Strong P&L ownership and proven success through pricing and commercial optimisation
- Excellent communication, alignment and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate at pace while maintaining commercial discipline
