About the role

  • Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals
  • Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis
  • Convert leads to sales-qualified opportunities and pass them through to Sales Account Managers
  • Surpasses personal targets and possesses a clear understanding of performance criteria
  • Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked
  • Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard

Requirements

  • Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable
  • A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients
  • A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude
  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
  • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
