About the role
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals
- Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis
- Convert leads to sales-qualified opportunities and pass them through to Sales Account Managers
- Surpasses personal targets and possesses a clear understanding of performance criteria
- Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked
- Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard
Requirements
- Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable
- A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients
- A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
- Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
- Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
