About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing, including discovery calls, demos, objection handling, and closing.
  • Build pipeline from scratch through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Lead product/platform demonstrations for prospective advertisers and communicate value proposition.
  • Conduct discovery and consultation to understand customer demographics, targeting needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on objection handling, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes, technology stack, and iterate on processes as the company scales.
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation and with product and customer success teams.
  • Attend industry conferences to expand network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Focus on bringing new brands into the Thanks ecosystem, prioritizing mid-market advertisers and segmentation strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in tech / SaaS, with proven ability to manage full sales cycles and achieve targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a hunter mentality - able to build pipeline proactively.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scaleup business.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, with a desire to help bring structure to evolving systems and processes.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work.
  • Creative problem solver with a team-first attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales outreach tools.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of affiliate networks (e.g. CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Awin).
  • Nice to have: Established network within brands and advertisers and experience leveraging connections.
