Engineer

• Be responsible for gathering all customer-related technical requirements, applicable industry standard requirements, and higher-level system requirements, and compiling detailed product-level requirements.
• Interface with other engineering disciplines within the company, including RF, antenna, mechanical, electronic, and software, to jointly develop hardware and software requirements to enable design and development.
• Work with the same engineering groups to ensure these requirements are validated and verified by testing or analysis.
• Develop and maintain the system technical baseline, which will involve interfacing with product subject matter experts within Engineering.
• Perform system integration and system-level verification testing.
• Interface with program managers and customers on technical and commercial matters.
• Address production and maintenance issues.

• Gestion des aspects techniques : Etude, Prototype, Qualification, Certification
• Rédaction des documents techniques
• Reporting régulier à la DT

Ingénieur Antennes, Hyperfréquences

• Participate in tender processes (estimating RC/MO resources, NRC and industrialization lead times).
• Lead the industrialization of complex products from development through ramp-up to series production, using structured APQP and Aero Excellence methodologies.
• Deploy quality and process risk control tools, notably Process FMEA (AMDEC), and implement associated continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure the robustness of industrial processes, with proven expertise in special processes (surface treatments, bonding, crimping, painting…), as well as optical, electronic and mechanical processes.
• Optimize production flows and industrial costs in coordination with design, purchasing, quality and supply chain teams.
• Propose industrial solutions and process technologies to ensure competitiveness and industrial performance of new products.
• Act as a technical reference responsible for defending industrial scenarios with the engineering office in case of specification divergences impacting processes or production means.
• Manage and coordinate process validations (preparation and approval of qualification dossiers, capability analyses, participation in design reviews, and leading end-of-industrialization reviews).
• Train, support and provide technical expertise to production and industrialization teams.

• Be a key contributor throughout all phases of the development project
• Ensure that clear processes are defined and followed
• Ensure requirements are established, broken down to lower levels and proven to be met by the product by functional testing, qualification and certification
• Part of a Project Team and contribute to the project deliverables
• Employ appropriate discipline processes, practices and tools and ensure efficient working practices and engineering discipline quality objectives
• Establish and execute technical processes for: Defining system requirements, architecture and design, Defining system requirements and allocation to Equipment/product level, System performance review and analysis, Defining interface specifications, Safety, security, reliability and availability review
• Ensure that requirements are established based on inputs from Business Lines, key customers, regulatory bodies and international standards captured in Compliance documentation
• Support for proposals, customer milestones and new designs
• Ensure System Validation and Verification Plans are prepared to provide evidence for functional and non-functional requirements
• Organize and link requirements in a logical way by using a requirements tracking tool
• Produce evidence that processes have been followed and requirements have been met by test and qualification
• Support on the identification and closure of risks
