About the role

  • Participate in tender processes (estimating RC/MO resources, NRC and industrialization lead times).
  • Lead the industrialization of complex products from development through ramp-up to series production, using structured APQP and Aero Excellence methodologies.
  • Deploy quality and process risk control tools, notably Process FMEA (AMDEC), and implement associated continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure the robustness of industrial processes, with proven expertise in special processes (surface treatments, bonding, crimping, painting…), as well as optical, electronic and mechanical processes.
  • Optimize production flows and industrial costs in coordination with design, purchasing, quality and supply chain teams.
  • Propose industrial solutions and process technologies to ensure competitiveness and industrial performance of new products.
  • Act as a technical reference responsible for defending industrial scenarios with the engineering office in case of specification divergences impacting processes or production means.
  • Manage and coordinate process validations (preparation and approval of qualification dossiers, capability analyses, participation in design reviews, and leading end-of-industrialization reviews).
  • Train, support and provide technical expertise to production and industrialization teams.

Requirements

  • Higher education (Master’s degree / Engineering degree - Bac+5)
  • Several years of significant experience in industrializing complex products within a regulated and demanding industrial environment, ideally in aerospace
  • Demonstrated mastery of APQP, Aero Excellence, and process control and optimization tools (Process FMEA / AMDEC...)
  • Strong competencies in optical, electronic, mechanical processes and painting
  • Ability to lead strategic projects, anticipate issues and align teams around industrial objectives
  • Leadership, responsiveness, rigor, autonomy and diplomacy
  • Good command of SAP S/4HANA ERP
  • Experience in design using SolidWorks
  • Good knowledge of aerospace regulations (Part 21G, NADCAP, ISO 9001, etc.)
