About the role
- Own Teton’s Digital Growth Engine
- Design and operate the systems that drive awareness and engagement across key digital channels including email, website, and paid media.
- Develop a measurable growth model that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Build and manage Teton’s email programs including newsletters, product announcements, campaign distribution, and lifecycle nurturing.
- Optimize Teton’s website as a growth channel. Improve conversion across key journeys such as product education, content engagement, and demo interest.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and industry publications.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content on campaign launches, product announcements, and industry narratives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
- Strong experience managing email marketing, website optimization, and paid media
- Experience operating marketing platforms such as HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems
- Demonstrated ability to design and run growth experiments across channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline impact
- Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
