About the role

  • Build and advance partnerships with clinical, operational, and technology partners across the senior living ecosystem, with a focus on creating mutual commercial value and joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a clear, current view of Teton's full partner landscape, ensuring leadership always knows where every relationship stands and what is driving it forward.
  • Support sales-led partnerships effectively, ensuring coordination between Teton's sales team and external partners adds real value to active opportunities.
  • Bring partner insights back into the organization to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and prioritization decisions.
  • Represent Teton within the partner community, building credibility and presence across industry events and networks.

Requirements

  • Experience in senior living, SNF, or adjacent healthcare sectors, with existing relationships across the ecosystem.
  • A track record of building partnerships that produced real commercial outcomes.
  • Genuine operational discipline.
  • The ability to bring structure and visibility to a complex, fast-moving portfolio of relationships.
  • Strong relationship instincts and the ability to build trust with a wide range of external stakeholders, from regional leads to C-level executives.
  • Clear, confident communication. Able to represent Teton's value proposition credibly across a range of partner conversations.
  • High agency. Comfortable defining priorities, moving independently, and creating structure where little exists.
