• Own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product used at global scale, from writing the first user story to shipping the feature to measuring what it actually did.
• Set the roadmap, drive every sprint, and be the person every engineer, designer, and stakeholder looks to when a decision needs to be made.
• Read every ticket, track every dependency, ask the uncomfortable questions before it becomes a launch incident, and keep five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
