About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility and customer value.
Conduct extensive market research including customer discovery.
Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
Bias toward action.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
