About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value
Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product
Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions
Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
At least 3 years in a technical product management role
Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript
Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs
