About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
- Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
- Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
- Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
- Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
- Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time.
- Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You do your best work when the stakes are high and the timeline is short.
- Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
- Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
