Designs, modernizes, and migrates CRM platforms in large enterprise environments
Leads and supports Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce (and vice-versa) replacement and porting initiatives
Integrates Salesforce with backend ERP systems using modern integration patterns and middleware
Operates in environments where governance, reliability, and auditability are critical
Act as a hands-on technical contributor during enterprise CRM modernization programs
Collaborate with architecture, integration, AI, and delivery teams

Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in Salesforce systems engineering or technical consulting
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
Experience supporting CRM migration or large-scale modernization programs
Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments
Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel (primarily U.S.).
