Program Manager

• Lead the design and development of global child labour programmes aligned with TdH NL’s strategy and donor priorities.
• Translate technical guidance into operational plans and partner-led interventions.
• Ensure inclusive, participatory programme design that centres child rights and safeguarding.
• Oversee annual and multi-year planning of the child labour portfolio.
• Manage implementation of child labour projects across countries and partners.
• Supervise programme and project staff, providing leadership and performance oversight.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and ensure quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and risks in collaboration with Finance and Quality teams.
• Promote adaptive management using MEAL data and partner feedback.
• Work closely with the Technical Expert - CL to integrate learning into programme development and advocacy.
• Coordinate with Research & Influencing and Communications teams to amplify programme results.
• Facilitate ethical child and youth participation in learning and advocacy.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities for the child labour portfolio.

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive resource mobilisation strategy to enable sustainable growth and mission impact
• Provide strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, retail engagement, and digital channels
• Represent TdH NL externally with donors, partners, networks, and media to strengthen visibility and trust
• Ensure all external engagement reflects TdH NL’s mission, values, and impact narrative
• Set and deliver performance targets for income growth, supporter engagement, and brand visibility
• Inspire and mobilise volunteers, shop networks, and the Winkelraad as part of a broader public engagement movement
• Lead and develop the Engagement management team to drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee brand management, marketing, and supporter engagement across all channels
• Identify and develop new funding streams, partnerships, and sponsorships
• Ensure strong collaboration between Engagement, Impact, and Operations departments
• Ensure robust financial, risk, and contract management across the department
• Participate in internal and external bodies and represent TdH NL as needed.

• Ensure organisational policies on Child Participation, PSE, and Gender & SOGIESC are embedded across departments;
• Represent TdH NL in global child rights, research, and advocacy fora;
• Build strategic partnerships with donors, civil society, academia, and policy networks;
• Lead external engagement to mobilise resources and influence;
• Promote thought leadership and ensure evidence informs advocacy and communications;
• Serve as a key voice for the CEO and SLT on impact, safeguarding, and mission delivery;
• Lead and support the Heads of Programmes, Research & Influencing, and Partnerships & Quality;
• Ensure safeguarding is embedded across all areas of work;

Security Engineer

• Arrange international travel (flights, accommodation, visas, insurance) for staff and visitors;
• Liaise with approved travel providers and negotiate cost-effective services;
• Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and donor requirements.
• Monitor global security risks and provide timely updates to staff;
• Maintain and update organisational security guidelines and protocols;
• Support incident reporting and follow-up processes;
• Advise staff on safe travel practices and country-specific risks.
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, security incidents, and insurance claims;
• Liaise with insurance providers, embassies, and government authorities;
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU data protection standards.
• Provide briefings and training on travel and security procedures;
• Support contingency planning with managers and teams.

Account Manager

• Manage programme implementation through close collaboration with partner organisations;
• Provide ongoing support and coordination between partners and TdH NL’s technical teams;
• Facilitate joint reflection and learning moments between partners and TdH NL.
• Support identification and validation of new partners in assigned regions or thematic areas;
• Lead or contribute to due diligence and screening processes;
• Establish trust-based partnerships aligned with TdH NL’s mission.
• Support partners in meeting compliance requirements and quality standards;
• Oversee MEAL processes in collaboration with the MEAL team;
