About the role
- Maintain operational readiness of existing payroll systems
- Provide administration and functional support for current payroll software
- Support HR and Finance teams in the daily use of these tools
- Ensure payroll processing complies with local regulations
- Produce and validate payroll-related reporting across the entire scope
- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment of the HR Core module for all countries
- Lead the migration from Abacus Salaire to Microsoft Business Central
- Support the rollout of payroll on Business Central for approximately 20 countries of operation
- Formalize functional specifications, draft documentation, facilitate business workshops and manage change
- Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system
- Lead and coordinate HRIS projects
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent) in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business/Management or a related field
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum) is a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an HRIS Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience administering payroll software, ideally Abacus Salaire and/or SwissSalary
- Experience on ERP migration or implementation projects (Microsoft Business Central is a strong advantage)
- Experience in an international, multi-country environment is an asset
- Familiarity with Abacus Salaire and/or Homère (tools currently in production)
- Proficiency or strong affinity for SwissSalary and Microsoft Business Central
- Knowledge of Swiss social legislation and labor law
- Experience with HR SaaS tools: ATS, time management, workforce planning/performance review tools
- Strong skills in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio)
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI)
- Scrum project management experience (JIRA) and technical/functional documentation (Confluence)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong service orientation and user focus
- Ability to work in project mode within a multicultural environment
- Autonomy, rigor and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Teaching skills and ease in facilitating workshops and training
- French: fluent (required — working language of headquarters)
- English: fluent (required — language for international coordination)
