About the role

  • Perform advanced administrative tasks including preparing communications, expense reports, making reservations for travel, arranging detailed plans and meeting agendas.
  • Work closely with Hiring Manager to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and present to the Hiring Manager and other department leaders.
  • Maintain and organize confidential corporate files and records.
  • Attend TEAm meetings and prepare summaries as needed.
  • Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress and problem solving.
  • Manage company milestone and recognition program.
  • Provide backup within department as needed.
  • Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress
  • Maintain Department SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion.
  • Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • This position has food safety responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of five to seven years of proven administrative support functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • All applicants must have strong experience with Internet based software, social media platforms, and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
