About the role
- Play a key leadership role in local Terminix branches
- Lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery
- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests
- Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products
- Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams
Requirements
- An associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license are both requirements
- (A four year degree is highly desirable)
- 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
- Willingness to relocate is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
- Strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
- Good at problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
- Able to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
- Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
- Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service
