• Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement of key commodities essential to business operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and quality improvements.

Commodity Manager

Director

• As the first-ever Director of Quality, you will establish and lead the company-wide quality function at Terabase Energy. This is a high-impact corporate role responsible for developing and scaling a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) spanning our internal processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering deliverables, and field deployment practices. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, manufacturing, field services, and supplier teams to ensure consistent quality standards, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Management System: Design, implement, and oversee a scalable, ISO-aligned QMS that supports the full lifecycle of Terabase’s products and services, including hardware, software, and field deployment.
• Process & Documentation Control: Establish and maintain company-wide standards for process documentation, version control, work instructions, and compliance tracking.
• Supplier Quality: Develop and lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and audit programs. Monitor supplier performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
• Incoming Material Inspection: Build robust processes for materials receiving and inspection at manufacturing and integration sites.
• Manufacturing Quality: Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to define in-process checks, quality metrics, and final inspection protocols. Monitor yields, defects, and rework rates to drive improvements.
• Engineering & Product Quality: Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate quality into design reviews, prototyping, and validation testing. Ensure traceability and documentation of product changes.
• Field Feedback Loop: Support the implementation of tools and processes for capturing and addressing field quality issues, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
• Training & Culture: Champion a culture of quality across the organization. Develop training programs and best practices that engage teams at all levels.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define and report on key quality indicators to leadership. Provide regular updates and risk assessments to executive stakeholders.

Director of Quality

• At Terabase Energy, developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform for large-scale solar
• Drive sourcing strategy and supplier management across fabricated metals, robotics subsystems, mechanical assemblies, and indirect services
• Translate technical requirements into RFx processes, supplier selection criteria, and total cost of ownership models
• Negotiate supply agreements, manage supplier relationships, and build diversified global supplier networks
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and Field Operations for make-buy decisions and supply readiness
• Lead supplier performance management with scorecards and quarterly business reviews
• Manage supplier escalations, delivery issues, corrective actions, and logistics coordination
• Support Finance with budgeting, forecasts, and cost savings initiatives

Global Supply Manager

• At Terabase Energy we develop interconnected software and construction automation platforms for large-scale solar.
• Work with project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support design, optimization and construction of huge solar projects around the world.
• Team is a blend of solar-industry veterans and newbies, software, electrical and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals.
• Based in Northern California with several other offices in the United States and around the world.
• Employee Health and Safety Manager acts as a consultant to business unit leaders and provides support for product teams and workers.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of day-to-day requirements on projects, manage workers' compensation claims, ensure precise accident reports, and drive safety programs and initiatives.
• Will operate on client sites as well as Terabase locations.
