About the role
- Implement and operationalize AI agents to enhance SCADA system delivery and operations
- Set up, configure, and deploy AI agents to automate operational workflows (example: RFP management)
- Support integration of AI agents with existing SCADA infrastructure and operational systems
- Develop orchestration workflows to coordinate multiple AI agents in complex operational scenarios
- Create testing frameworks to validate agent performance and reliability
- Assist in developing agent monitoring and maintenance protocols
- Fine-tune AI agent configurations to improve operational efficiency
- Document best practices and contribute to standard operating procedures for AI-augmented systems
- Research and implement techniques to enhance agent reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot AI agent issues in production and support deployments, maintenance, and upgrades
- Develop documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions to train operations staff
- Work with cross-functional teams across Terabase Energy's OT and operations groups
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or related field
- Coursework in artificial intelligence, operational systems, or automation technology a plus
- Familiarity with Python or similar languages
- Experience with API integration and automation scripts
- Interest in renewable energy systems and SCADA technology (prior knowledge is a plus)
- Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering for AI systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and implement new technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams and technical staff
- Knowledge of operational technology environments and security practices (desirable)
- Interest in human-AI collaboration paradigms and best practices (desirable)
