About the role
- **Key Responsibility Areas**
- - **Member Onboarding & Engagement** – Professionally onboard members, drive engagement across different usage levels, and re-engage inactive users by removing barriers to service.
- - **Personalized Service Delivery** – Provide tailored solutions, strengthen member relationships through personal interactions, and ensure members fully understand the service.
- - **Excellence in Luxury Service** – Deliver consistently high standards of luxury service, manage requests efficiently, and maximize conversions into bookings.
- - **Promotion & Collaboration** – Promote Ten’s wider offerings, work closely with internal specialists, and build strong supplier partnerships.
- - **Task & Workflow Management** – Organize daily tasks effectively, maintain accurate CRM updates, and ensure continuity during absences.
- - **Member Feedback & Commercial Awareness** – Use feedback to refine service, act with commercial insight, and identify revenue opportunities.
- - **Brand Representation** – Represent Ten with professionalism, serving as an ambassador of the brand at all times.
Requirements
- **What We’re Looking For:**
- - At least 3 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle management, concierge, or personal shopping.
- - Exceptional communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- - Commercial acumen and a ‘can do, will do’ attitude.
- - Experience with UHNW clients and a strong understanding of their expectations.
- - Confident using CRM systems and managing complex workflows.
- **Location & Flexibility:**
- - This role is based in London, with a hybrid working model (office and remote).
- - Working hours are Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00 GMT. However, occasional out-of-normal office hours flexibility is needed to attend events or host Private Members.
- **Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :**
- - Located in United Kingdom.
- - Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - **at least 2x a week in the office**
- - A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- - You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
