About the role

  • Lead business development efforts for the Outcomes Research team, identifying, cultivating, and securing partnerships with Pharma, biotech, and other life science organizations
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Tempus’s real-world data and analytic solutions
  • Partner closely with clients to understand scientific, clinical, and commercial objectives
  • Present Tempus capabilities, RWE insights, and strategic recommendations to Pharma epidemiologists, HEOR leaders, and medical liaisons

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, account management, consulting, or partnership experience in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to sell or position data-driven solutions, RWE offerings, or analytics-based services to Pharma and biotech partners
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and managing complex enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with oncology research, oncology clinical trials, and use of RWE in evidence generation
