About the role
- Lead business development efforts for the Outcomes Research team, identifying, cultivating, and securing partnerships with Pharma, biotech, and other life science organizations
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Tempus’s real-world data and analytic solutions
- Partner closely with clients to understand scientific, clinical, and commercial objectives
- Present Tempus capabilities, RWE insights, and strategic recommendations to Pharma epidemiologists, HEOR leaders, and medical liaisons
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development, account management, consulting, or partnership experience in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to sell or position data-driven solutions, RWE offerings, or analytics-based services to Pharma and biotech partners
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and managing complex enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with oncology research, oncology clinical trials, and use of RWE in evidence generation
