Attorney

• Participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of software and cloud services as well as professional services agreements, and other customer-facing contracts relating to the company’s suite of products aimed at the financial services industry
• Research legal questions and participate in providing advice to operational and sales teams regarding a multitude of issues arising in the contract negotiation process, including most notably data security issues and risk management
• Work in close cooperation with the Legal Team and gain insight into other legal support activities, including the areas of human resources, marketing, IT, and procurement
