• Own the end-to-end analytics platform vision: Define the architecture, tooling choices, and standards the data team builds against, combining data engineering, analytics engineering, and BI delivery into a single cohesive strategy
• Work through domain experts, not around them: Partner closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and analysts to translate that vision into execution, enabling them to go deep in their specialisms rather than doing it all yourself
• Build the analytics foundations the business can rely on: Establish repeatable analysis patterns, metric definitions, testing standards, and the semantic layer, so teams across the company are working from a shared, trusted view of the business
• Transform data access: Design scalable self-serve patterns and explore new approaches to data consumption, from dashboards and embedded analytics to direct tool integrations, so teams can get what they need without raising an ad hoc request
• Elevate analytics from a reporting function to a strategic partner: Introduce causal analytics, advanced analytics, and data science approaches that help the business understand not just what happened, but why, and what to do next
• Bridge data strategy to business outcomes: Act as the primary connection between the data service and the rest of the business, translating business need into data priorities and data strategy into language the C-suite can act on

Principal Analytics Platform Engineer

Performance Marketing

• Own tem's website as a commercial asset: the full conversion funnel from landing page to qualified lead.
• Run a systematic CRO programme with a high pace of insight and evolution.
• Build and maintain conversion funnel dashboards broken down by channel, segment, and product line.
• Create and iterate campaign-specific landing pages to support product launches, broker onboarding, and enterprise lead gen.
• Own paid digital channels end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget management, and performance reporting.
• Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) targeting brokers, SME decision-makers, and generators, with keyword strategy aligned to product launches and seasonal energy procurement cycles.
• Run LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Conversation Ads) targeting broker principals, energy managers, and procurement leads.
• Manage cross-platform retargeting to re-engage website visitors and nurture known contacts.
• Steward paid media budget with weekly spend pacing and ROAS reporting. Recommend budget shifts based on performance data.
• Work with Content and Brand on ad creative. Own the feedback loop between performance data and creative iteration.
• Own keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, technical SEO (crawl management, indexation, schema markup, site architecture), and link building.
• Commission SEO-driven content briefs to the Content team based on keyword gaps and search intent mapping.
• Run regular AI visibility audits: query AI platforms with tem-relevant prompts and track whether tem appears in AI-generated responses.
• Work with Content and Product Marketing to structure content for AI extractability: FAQ formats, direct answers, statistical claims with citations, structured data tables.

Demand Generation Marketer

Product Marketing

• Produce product marketing collateral (one-pagers, battle cards, product decks, email copy, feature explainers) to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Own the version control and maintenance of assigned materials so they stay current as the product evolves.
• Support the production of sales enablement assets that help commercial teams have better conversations with brokers and buyers.
• Organise and maintain the product marketing asset hub so materials are easy to find and use.
• Work with the Product Marketing Lead to translate positioning and messaging frameworks into finished collateral.
• Apply brand voice and tem's communication principles consistently across all materials.
