  • Deliver operational excellence with enablement initiatives
  • Support the execution of strategic priorities across the organization
  • Lead high impact strategic initiatives, track progress, and escalate risks
  • Develop short and long-term strategic plans and objectives with leadership team
  • Create high-impact presentations and storytelling for executive audiences
  • Drive leadership governance frameworks and cross-functional alignment
  • Support quarterly Town Halls and analyze engagement surveys to drive team engagement improvements

  • Industry experience in telecommunications, customer experience, or tech is a great-to-have
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also a great-to-have
